1. License Grant
TTucker Industries LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Base-99 Core for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
This license does not permit you to use Base-99 Core for commercial activities without explicit written permission from TTucker Industries LLC.
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
- Copy, duplicate, or reproduce the system or its components
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the platform or any features
- Exploit, circumvent, or misuse AI systems and algorithms
- Create derivative works based on Base-99 Core
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to proprietary systems
- Use the platform for competitive intelligence or benchmarking
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:
- Software code and algorithms
- AI models and machine learning systems
- Design, branding, and user interface
- Documentation and content
are owned by and remain the exclusive property of TTucker Industries LLC.
4. Updates and Modifications
TTucker Industries LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Base-99 Core or any features at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be deployed automatically and may affect functionality.
Your continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your license will be automatically terminated if you:
- Violate any terms of this agreement
- Engage in prohibited use or misuse
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Breach the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
Upon termination, your right to use Base-99 Core immediately ceases.
6. Disclaimer
Software is provided "as is" without warranties.
Base-99 Core is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TTucker Industries LLC disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. No Support Obligation
TTucker Industries LLC is under no obligation to provide technical support, updates, or maintenance for Base-99 Core unless explicitly specified in a separate support agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Software License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
