Volunteer Disclaimer & Agreement

Pick It Up Environmental Initiative Corp™

By participating in volunteer activities, you acknowledge the risks and accept responsibility for your actions.

1. Volunteer Activities

Volunteer activities may include cleanup events, community outreach, data collection, and educational programs. Activities vary by location and event.

2. Health & Safety Requirements

Volunteers are responsible for:

  • Assessing their own physical fitness and health
  • Informing organizers of any medical conditions
  • Wearing appropriate clothing and protective equipment
  • Following all safety instructions provided

3. Assumption of Risk

Volunteers understand and assume the risk of:

  • Physical injury or bodily harm
  • Illness or exposure to hazardous materials
  • Damage to personal property
  • Unforeseen environmental hazards

Pick It Up Environmental Initiative Corp™ does not assume liability for injuries sustained during volunteer activities.

4. Release of Liability

By volunteering, you release and discharge Pick It Up Environmental Initiative Corp™, TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™, event organizers, and affiliated parties from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

5. Insurance

Volunteers are encouraged to maintain personal health and liability insurance. Pick It Up Environmental Initiative Corp™ does not provide injury insurance for volunteers.

6. Code of Conduct

Volunteers agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and dignity
  • Follow all organizational policies and guidelines
  • Not engage in illegal or harmful activities
  • Report safety concerns to organizers immediately

7. Termination of Volunteer Status

Pick It Up Environmental Initiative Corp™ reserves the right to terminate volunteer participation for violations of policies, unsafe behavior, or conduct inconsistent with organizational values.

8. Photo & Media Release

By volunteering, you consent to being photographed or filmed during activities. These images may be used for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes. You can request to opt out.

9. Transportation

Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to and from events. If Pick It Up provides transportation, volunteers assume risk of accidents or delays.

10. Emergency Contact

Volunteers must provide emergency contact information. This information will be used only in case of medical emergency or safety incidents.
