Account & Privacy Requests
All requests are reviewed by our team. No data is instantly deleted. System records, admin records, payment records, and audit logs are always retained per our data policy.
Available requests:
- Request a copy of your personal data (GDPR/CCPA export)
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request account deactivation (soft-disable, reviewed by admin)
- Request full data erasure (subject to legal retention requirements)
Important: Account and data requests are processed manually by authorized staff. Business records, volunteer activity logs, payment records, and audit trails are retained per our legal obligations and cannot be instantly erased from the public interface.
